Answer: I've always been passionate about helping others, especially elderly people who may require additional support and care. I have several years of experience working as a senior care assistant in a nursing home, where I've provided assistance with daily activities, administered medication, and monitored patients' health and wellbeing. I've also completed additional training in elderly care, including dementia care and end-of-life care.

Can you describe a time when you went above and beyond your duties to provide exceptional care for a patient?
Answer: One of my patients was particularly anxious and agitated, and was having difficulty sleeping at night. I noticed that they enjoyed listening to music, so I brought in a CD player and some calming music, and played it for them at night. This helped to soothe their anxiety and helped them to get a better night's sleep. I also worked with their family to develop a care plan that addressed their unique needs and preferences, and provided emotional support and encouragement throughout their stay.
