 Duties and Responsibility of Operation Room/Theatre nurse . Provide nursing care for patients undergoing surgery. Assist surgeons in major or minor operations. Maintain standards of nursing care in pre operative and post  operative planning, implementation and patient care. Prepare the operating room for all emergency and scheduled procedures. Keep principles of aseptic techniques in performing surgical scrub ,setting instruments,gowning,gloving as needed for the procedure. Assist as a circulatory or scrub nurse. Monitor and report all vital signs of patient. Administer oxygen therapy and suctions of secretions if required. Report any untoward reactions of patient to the surgeon or anaesthesiologist .  Carry out all the doctors order and directions. Give all psychological support to the patient and family.

Graviola or mullathakka or Guanabana Graviola or Mullathakka Graviola also known as Guanabana,Cherimoya,Soursop,Custard Apple,Paw Paw,and in Indian languages this is known as Mullathakka or Mullatha pazham(Malayalam),Mullu Seetha Pazham(Tamil),Hanuman Fal(Hindi),Shul Ram Fal in different regions. The scientific name of Graviola or Sour Sop is Annona Moricata. Graviola fruit nutritionally rich in Vitamin C,Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B2 and carbohydrates. It also contains Annonacin in high concentration. In some laboratory studies graviola extracts kills some forms of cancer cells that are resistant to certain chemotherapy drugs. But there is no large scale scientific studies or research  published in Anti cancer treatment with graviola. There is no scientific study published related to human cancer treatment and graviola fruit . In Ayurveda this fruit using for various disease conditions like ulcers,indigestion,constipation,dyspepsia,asthma and as a detoxifying agent.
