Duties and responsibilities of ICU Nurse : Useful for preparation of Bio Data for Immigration to CANADA. Give Psychological support to the patient and family. Bed side nursing care to assigned stable patients in the ICU unit based on basic assessment and evaluating the outcomes. Provide routine care for all patients admitted in ICU. Make intake and output chart after monitoring the fluid and electrolyte balance. Monitoring vital signs and report any deviation from normal to the concerned team leader. Carry out various procedures like tracheostomy,intubation etc. Administer medications and treatments to the patient as prescribed by the physician. Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in case of emergency situation. GRAPE FARMING AT GARDEN AND TERRACE : An experience from Kottayam ,Kerala. Grape vine  in Kerala is not an easy task as per the climate conditions .But may happen like this ...  Planted a small grapevine in front of  home.. . Two strong branches ....one grow up to the terrace and the second one bend to the garden in front of house... After one year , flower bunches came and become little grape fruit .Got the above beautiful grape fruit at  terrace.It was a very happy moment. Now it became more beautiful after one month.the colour of the fruit changing.............. The leaves are more energetic and happy after rain...Good sunlight is also essential for grape plant's healthy growth..  Grape garden in front of  home..
