  2. Educating parents and caregivers: Pediatric nurses provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers on how to take care of their child’s medical needs, including medication administration, nutrition, and hygiene.

  3. Monitoring patients’ progress: Pediatric nurses keep track of their patients’ progress and report any changes in their condition to the healthcare team.

  4. Administering immunizations: Pediatric nurses are responsible for administering immunizations and monitoring patients for adverse reactions.

  5. Advocating for patients and families: Pediatric nurses act as advocates for their patients and families, ensuring that they receive the best possible care.
