Develop an interesting hobby that makes daily life more interesting. Find some time for indoor/outdoor games. Develop the habit of relaxing through simple exercise like walking. Plan daily activities to avoid rushing to things done on time. Discuss problems with family members or friends who can help and solve the problems. Try to adjust with events ,situations and people that may be the source of problems. Daily spent some time with recreational activities with friends or family members. Avoid any activity that causes physical and mental strain and stress. Maintain a desirable body weight. Practice Yoga or meditation for 20-30 minutes daily.
