A study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute suggests "A diet full of fruit and vegetables helps to reduce the risks of getting breast cancer".

A diet high in Carotenoid rich fruits and vegetables offers many health benefits,including a possible reduced risk of breast cancer ,concluded by scientists of Harward Medical School.

Carrots,Oranges,Peppers,Spinach,Kale,Tomatoes,Guava,Papaya,Sweet Potatoes contains significant amount of Carotenoids.

Living and eating green, is the new philosophy. Aside from reducing the risk of cancer, researchers had came up with a conclusion that it can be a complementary and alternative medicine for cancer.
